About the Author

Mike Hughes has spent his life researching and creating content. As a child, he compiled detailed projects on subjects that fascinated him. That curiosity has never left him.

His career spanned over three decades in the conference and events industry. He held roles from project manager to general manager. He also built websites since the mid-1990s, developing technical skills alongside his creative interests.

Now based in Alvechurch village near Birmingham, Mike combines his research background with his love of learning. He writes books that make complex topics accessible and engaging for readers.

When he’s not writing, Mike continues to explore new subjects. His approach remains the same as it was in childhood: thorough research presented in clear, interesting ways.
